Evening Seminar "Combat the effect of the CSR and the Recession"

The seminar will focus on the opportunities for expanding your business services and how to beat your competition by reducing operating costs, all whilst improving your company’s service quality.

Mike Morrison, CEO of ISG technology, will present on Reducing Costs - Business Process Outsourcing and Rightsourcing.  Both Morrison and ISG technology have experience in Business Process Outsourcing as ISG technology first used this service for their own back office activities with excellent results and now offers the service to its customers. Mark Child, the partner leading the technology risk management practice line at Kingston Smith Consulting, will also speak at the event touching on his main specialities.

Mike Morrison is the CEO of ISG technology. His career spans over 30 years - the last 20 of which have been in the technology sector. As a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Mike has worked for a variety of blue chip UK corporates in senior financial roles. He also spent six years as the CEO at Independent Digital Networks - an AIM listed provider of Telecom services - prior to securing the successful sale of the company to Redstone plc in January 2007.

Mark Child is the partner leading the technology risk management practice line at Kingston Smith Consulting.
