Ft Myers Life Coach, Mary Lynn Ziemer, Presents at Naples Newcomers Luncheon

Jan. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Mary Lynn Ziemer, a Certified Master Ft Myers Life Coach and founder of “Living A Joyful Life”, presented to over 100 women at last week’s Naples Newcomers Luncheon at the Lely Resort Classic Club.  The presentation focused on clearly defining and following through with New Year’s Resolutions and goals for 2011.  Mary Lynn also discussed the importance of ensuring that resolutions are aligned with the things in life that will bring joy and fulfillment.

Mary Lynn adds, “I am grateful for the opportunity to speak to groups such as the Naples Newcomers, and hope that everyone was able to benefit in some way from the presentation.  So many people begin the New Year with a list of goals and aspirations, only to be disappointed at the year end if those goals haven’t been reached.  This presentation discussed the importance of having very clearly defined goals and action plans.  However, I also pointed out that we often need to change the way we think about things in order for our goals and aspirations to come to fruition.”
