Jan. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Reading based music and management outfit EDEN MUSIC PR is pleased to announce an alliance with highly respected, long running label - VELOCITY RECORDINGS.

Eden Music PR has been looking after some of the best up and coming acts for the last year including Attention Thieves, The Neon Mile, Screamaballerina, Terence Mas, Amys Ghost and Dylan.
2011 sees Eden team up with Velocity Recordings who have signed up several Eden artists for single/album release deals.

Velocity Recordings/Eden's first release will be Let it All Out by Attention Thieves who have been signed to Velocity for a multiple single deal and will be releasing this eagerly anticipated track in February. Full details coming soon...
Attention Thieves recorded the single with producer Dave Chang and the track has so far been hailed as 'a coming of age' and 'their best work yet'. The band will perform the track live for Total Rock Radio at the request of tastemaker Katie P (Kerrang! XFM, Total Rock) on the 10th February.

Velocity Recordings is a label but it has a huge, passionate pumping heart.
A record label that has always put out great music, and will always put out great music.
Velocity Recordings have not released a bad record and they're are not going to start now.

Out of sheer boredom and frustration the record label Velocity was born in late 2000.
They released debut single Blisters by SugarComa to widespread acclaim including single of the week in Kerrang! and Melody Maker the same week, rave reviews in Terrorizer and Music Week and world wide radio play. SugaComa moved to Zomba/Music for Nations.
Over the years Velocity have also released music by such luminaries as The Sunset Sound (now Pure Reason Revolution signed to Sony for their debut album, now on EMI), Midi Midis (BMG publishing), YumiYumi (The Go! Team), and local Reading bands such as Heartwear Process, Sixty Watt Bayonets and Hello Wembley.
