A dozen red roses, sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to your room will add the romantic touches that are the hallmarks of every memorable Valentine’s Day getaway. Then enjoy breakfast in the J. Graham’s Café before departing. The Happy Together packages start at $499 including tax and gratuity.

The famous English Grill will offer two Valentine Dinners led by The Brown Hotel Executive Chef Laurent Géroli, and his four-diamond culinary staff. Lovers may choose Saturday night, February 12 or Monday night, February, 14 for their romantic Valentine’s Dinner served from 6 pm to 10 pm.

This sensational 5-course prix fixe menu begins with a roasted capsicum and shrimp bisque followed by an appetizer of sautéed scallop with braised pork belly and blackberry reduction. The Intermezzo of lemon sage sorbet with macadamia tuile will clear the palate for the entrée selection of either the pan seared Chilean sea bass or the pan seared beef filet mignon.
