Jan. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- One sure way to attain freedom is to have enough finances so you won’t have to worry enough to distract you from your purpose in life. The point is when the money is there, you need to remove your focus from the money and focus on your purpose. Fulfilment is not in the money but in walking in your purpose unhindered.

Imagine you want to do something but you don’t have the money to do it. Think about when you wanted to call someone and you didn’t have the credit in your phone. Think about when you wanted to visit a friend and you didn’t have bus fare. Think about when your kids asked you for money for new clothes and you replied ‘I am in a hurry, let’s go home.’ Do most of your earnings go to paying off your debts? The lack of finances therefore becomes the chains that bind you and have sentenced you to a life of bondage, misery and confinement to fate.

What does freedom mean to you? I define freedom as the ability to be able to do what I want, when I want and how I want. Financial freedom is an asset, whilst financial bondage is a liability. I am in a quest to attain this abundantly. I have made great strides. I like the feel of it at my present stage in life and I know the more I get the better. Listen reader; when you get free, you will not have a poor boss telling you what to do. You will not have to go to the stores and your only available credit card is declined. I know that you will not have to live from a small pay check to pay check. You will not have to only go for a short local holiday for a couple of weeks in a year. When you are free you will be able to touch and reach more people with your gift. You will reach your fullest dreams and your soul goals. Do you see how important freedom is?

I am on my way to that place called freedom! When I get to that place called freedom, I will be the king of my kingdom! When I get to that place called freedom, I will not spend my days with boredom. When I arrive at that place, I will be able to use my wisdom to reach many! This place called freedom will shoot me to stardom! Freedom will give me masterdom in my area of influence. I will no longer be just a random Joe, because I have landed at that place called freedom!

In essence, what freedom allows you is the chance to focus on other things that really matter. Things really close to your heart. Especially that thing you were called to do and what you are passionate about. You will then be able to make a difference in other peoples lives as well as yours.

I believe that entrepreneurship, being your own boss and a purpose career is a step towards your freedom. I lead others to achieve this, I teach it every day and I live it. I need though to pause and warn you; if ever you want to be free, you need to make some serious sacrifices. Freedom is not cheap and does not come easy. Sometimes, I have to work long days. Many times I have to spend hours on the phone helping others while my beautiful wife is left alone. I have to pay the price. Remember Nelson Mandela was in prison for 27 years, but even when he was in prison, he was fighting. You may be in prison now, but so long as you fight one day you will be free! Nelson Mandela had a dream and a goal clear in his mind. If you have a dream, follow it and do what it takes, one day you will be free! In order for you to succeed, you need to do what others are not doing, so that you can have the life that others are not.

I want to motivate and encourage you to step up and visualise what a free life means to you. We all have different views on what freedom means. Apply it to your life and situation, write down what freedom means to you and what you will do with it. Then also write down what you need to do to be free. Follow it through to the end, one day your liberty will come! Start preparing for a life out of bars from today!
