The Third Restaurant Of Obika Mozzarella Bar Opened In Rome With Great Success Of The Inauguration

OBIKA MOZZARELLA BAR launched the third restaurant in Rome at Via Guido d'Arezzo 49,00189 mantaining the same architectural concept and furniture style with its specialized menu based on original seasonal combinations using fresh,handmade products.

Jan. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- January 13, 2011 – Rome, Italy---After the Prefects and Via Campo Dei Fiori, Obika Mozzarella Bar opened in the Parioli district, tripling its presence in Rome  on Wednesday January 12,2011 .The new premises had been opened in Via Guido d'Arezzo 49, mantaining the same architectural concept and furniture style of the previous mozzarella bar, conceptually based on the use of iron, glass and wood and designed by the Labics Study of Rome.

Together with Special Menu of  the traditional Mozzarella Bar, with tasting mozzarella from Paestum, Pontine and smoked with the rolls,stuffed with smoked wild salmon, grilled or cooked ham, Bresaola and Rocket, is joined by PGI dishes of cold meats and a selection of regional cheeses. There are plenty of appetizers, pasta dishes prepared with homemade pastas, salads and desserts such as biological Capri cake and tiramisu.

For those who prefer to enjoy the specialties.Obikà- home or office, you can choose the solution take-away or use the catering service for events or meetings.

The sandwiches are prepared with fresh ingredients, are a great alternative for those who prefer a quick lunch at the counter.

The Aperitif offers a tasting of some dishes, with wines from the best Italian wine cellars to which is added a selection of Italian home brewed beers.
