Wilkus Architects provides design services for The HomeStyles prototype in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Jan. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Wilkus Architects, as part of an integrated team with King-Casey and Retail Smart have been selected to provide design services for the Al-Sorayai Group's new retail furniture and accessories concept, The HomeStyles, the first of which will be located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  The 74,000 square foot super store concept will be the initial foray by Saudi Arabian based Al-Sorayai Group into retail development.  
The team of Wilkus Architects, King-Casey, and Retail Smart were selected in part because of the teams approach, which means economically delivering the final project, on time, with shared technology, and the abililty to provided Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Programming and Design is currently underway, and the project is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2011.
