Integral Technology Inc. announces Jim Griffin to the position of OEM Sales & Marketing Manager

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Integral Technology, Inc. announces the appointment of Jim Griffin to the position of OEM Sales and Marketing Manager.

Mr. Griffin’s 30-year career in the interconnect industry brings vast experience and depth of knowledge to the Integral Technology Team. His focus will be on the market development and introduction of Integral’s next generation high density interconnect (HDI) products, the Zeta® product line, including Zeta® Cap, Zeta® Lam, Zeta® ZRC and Zeta® Bond, to the printed circuit fabricators in North America. Mr. Griffin has held senior sales and marketing positions in board fabrication, laminate and assembly from such prestigious firms as Hadco, CMAC and Cookson Electronics. Additionally he was a two-term member of the TMRC Committee of the IPC. He will be reporting to Ken Parent, Vice President, Product Management, Integral Technology, and based in the Londonderry, New Hampshire office for Integral Technology.

The next generation Zeta® materials are a family of high performance films. They come with or without copper for Printed Circuit Board (PCB’s) construction.  Zeta® materials are a fiberglass free, thin film approach for using high-performance polymers in our next generation of High Density Interconnect, Lead Free and Halogen Free PCB’s.  Zeta® is specifically designed to eliminate pad cratering, often found under BGA’s and is designed to provide multiple lamination cycles for high density interconnect structures.  The materials can be used with existing drilling, lamination, plating and assembly processes.
