“Sara Rose, Kid Lawyer” Author To Hold Book Signing In New York City January 20

“Sara Rose, Kid Lawyer,” published by AuthorHouse™, tells the story of Sara Rose, a tenacious elementary school student who likes to argue. She constantly debates with her parents, her little brother and her friends. One day her fourth-grade teacher tells her that all her arguing would make her a good lawyer. After a chance encounter with a real attorney who introduces her to the legal profession, Sara Rose soon finds herself thrust into the middle of a real case, representing her class in front of the school board.

“I wrote this book to show young people that the special talents they have could lead to a career in the legal field,” said Aronfeld. “It’s often difficult for children as well as adults to understand and explain what a lawyer does.  I believe readers will identify with the main character as she learns how lawyers play a vital role in speaking up for people who can’t speak for themselves.”

About the Author:

Spencer Aronfeld has enjoyed powerful courtroom victories over Walt Disney World, Wild Oats, P.A.C. Construction, Fedan Tire, and Todel Apartments and has gained international recognition as a lawyer for the people.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Aronfeld graduated cum laude from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 1991. Upon graduation, he founded his own firm, in Coral Gables, Florida. That verdict remains one of the largest in a personal injury case against the Mouse and his legal battle was recounted in the book, Disney, “The Mouse Betrayed.” The story is currently in pre-production with a major Hollywood studio.

Aronfeld graduated from the Trial Lawyer College, a non-profit institution founded and directed by legendary trial lawyer, Gerry Spence in Dubois, Wyoming. Lawyers are admitted by invitation only and learn how to try cases on behalf of the people. Aronfeld has since returned as part of the faculty and has joined Spence on several of his nationwide book tours.
