Certified Wellness Coach Ellen Goldman Interviewed in New Episode of Ear on Careers Podcast Series

In this podcast, Goldman, who has been in the health and fitness industry for 30 years, discusses her serpentine route to becoming a Certified Wellness Coach.  She earned her B.S. in Physical Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and her Masters of Education in Adaptive Physical Education from the University of Georgia.  In addition, she has taken post-graduate classes in exercise physiology from Queens College.  Starting with working in a New York City fitness center, she later became a certified personal trainer and, ultimately, in 2007, she became a Certified Wellness Coach.  In her role as a Wellness Coach, Goldman connects people’s hearts and heads in order to help them realize their ability to self-motivate and improve their health and wellness.
