Jan. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Brookhaven Supervisor Mark Lesko has requested that the Carmans River Watershed Protection plan be drafted by January 20th and that it be a collaborative process.

But we're stressed out about it, are you?

WE NEED AN EXTENSION - INDICATORS

       * Trout Unlimited (Art Flick Chapter)  wants another meeting of the Study Group where the public may have the opportunity to hear, and comment on,  the deliberations of the Study Group.    Source:  Transparency of Watershed Planning - Dec, 29th, EMAIL  from Doug Swesty, President

       * Affiliated Brookhaven Civic Organizations is updating the public on the progress of the Plan  -  7:30 pm - Monday, Jan 17, 2011, Longwood Public Library.  As a science-based plan, it is also watershed plan and not a river plan; the boundary is in dispute.
