For the investor these units will yield a profit of 75% at the end of its term of 3 years with a guaranteed buy back. So for a €24,500 investment the return will be €42,875 after three years for a two bedroom apartment. ECV does not realise its profits until the sale of the fractional units which boosts the investor % return and therefore need to effect the guaranteed buyback so that the fractional sales can go ahead.
