(Baton Rouge, La) Now that 2011 is upon us, what are your hiring plans for this year? This was question posed by Kitchen & Bath Design News to local dealers, included Baton Rouge’s Acadian House Kitchen & Bath Studio. Owner, Kathy C. Simoneaux’s answer – hire a business coach.

Simoneaux responded that Acadian House Kitchen and Bath Studio is in the process of rebranding, so instead of hiring additional design or sales support staff, she has hired a business coach, specifically ActionCOACH’s Dan Ziminski. By hiring Zimanski, it will help them address everything from marketing to hiring and even customer retention. His role is to ask the right questions and keep the business on track. Zimanski will be available at all times to answer questions and will also be holding monthly sit-down meetings.
