Forecast and Schedule Universal Branch Staff

Jan. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- StaffPro Version 4.0 adds full support for forecasting and scheduling universal staff. This is a major enhancement and upgrade to a successful, long-standing product. The feature is implemented to allow each financial institution to configure the capabilities to suit their operation. It can be kept simple or include layered preferences at the service, work and employee levels. Different configurations can be applied to different branches or markets.

•  Define any number of work types such as teller, customer service, new accounts, loans, etc., and specify if and how each should be counted against the forecast.
•  Create unlimited forecast formulas organized into “packages” to cover one or multiple services. Each branch is assigned a package, so one branch might forecast and schedule only teller, while another includes teller, platform and loans.
•  Define which services (teller, platform, loans, etc.) should be scheduled first. As employees are scheduled for a certain kind of work in a specific hour they are no longer available for other services, so the order in which the services are scheduled is important.
•  Assign and prioritize multiple work types at the service level. That means, for example, that the when scheduling the teller service the system will first schedule employees whose primary work type is Teller, then move on to Customer Service or other work categories that can perform teller work.
•  Multiple, prioritized work types can be assigned to employees to define not only what functions they can perform, but control the order in which they are scheduled for different work categories.
•  StaffPro still includes transaction activity when considering which employee to schedule. The algorithm ranks each employee by relative activity and work priority, then schedules in order.
•  Enhanced support to define, integrate and display time when employees are unavailable.
