Compuquip Technologies Appoints Ian Anderson to Director of Finance

Jan. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- MIAMI – Compuquip Technologies Inc., one of the largest IT services providers in South Florida, today promoted Ian Anderson to director of finance.  
In this newly created position, Anderson will join Compuquip’s management team to develop and implement strategies intended to further the company’s corporate goals and ongoing growth.

“Over the past year, Ian has been instrumental in developing new processes and procedures that have improved the efficiencies of our accounting department and made a significant impact throughout our entire organization,” said Eric Dosal, Compuquip’s COO.  “With his expanded role, we expect his expertise will help us to further advance our new business intelligence initiatives.”

Prior to joining Compuquip in 2009, Anderson was a senior internal auditor with the Miami office of Bupa, one of the largest international healthcare companies.  Before this, he was an auditor and fraud investigator with Ernst & Young.

A certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida, Anderson earned a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
