Chef Sheerin cooking up romance for couples
During a live cooking demonstration, Chef Sheerin will show guests how to prepare Seasonal Risotto with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Black Winter Truffles; Braised Short Ribs with Flavors of Mole plus Parsnip Puree and Swiss Chard; and an Ice Cream Sandwich with Brown Butter Cookies, Chocolate Ganache and Caramel. Guests have the opportunity to participate alongside Chef Sheerin, or simply sit back and enjoy learning while enjoying a glass of sparkling wine.
After the cooking demonstration, guests will be served the delectable meal created by Chef Sheerin at romantic tables for two. Couples then take home the recipes so they can stir up romance at home, turning a regular meal into a special evening event.
The Couples Cooking Experience costs $150 per couple per person which includes Kruet sparkling wine, and all tax and gratuity.
