Jan. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Convergence, the first in the Children of Creation series, is published by The Writer’s Coffee Shop Publishing House, and is the winner of the 2010 Original Fiction Contest in the Young Adult Category. J. D. Watts will be available to sign copies of her novel at Salem Township Public Library, located in Yates City, IL,  from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday January 22.

Convergence is a tale to pass the ages. This renovation of the classic story of good versus evil engages you from the very first page as you enter Dani's world through her journal. Dani is a heroine of destiny, an All-American girl determined to come to grips with the slow reveal of the truth that surrounds her that every reader will love,” says N.V. Hensey.

Amy West comments: “The story is incredibly well written and so addictive that I found myself physically not being able to stop reading until I reached the end, and then become upset that it was finished. I have read quite a few stories based on Angels and Fallen Angels, but have never read one that makes the non-human characters so relatable. Dani, the story’s heroine, is just a girl trying to make her way through life and college. But Dani is far from your average girl and harbors a dangerous secret – ever since she was a child, she has had the ability to see things around her that others cannot, and finds herself always living on the edge of two worlds. She has always known she was different, but has no clue as to why. As the story progresses and truths are revealed, Dani struggles to cope with not only her heritage and lies of her past, but also her destiny.”

The sequel to Convergence is scheduled for release later this year.
