On November 18, 2010, Biosphere Development Corp Nassau (134790B) formed a Canadian corporation Biosphere Development Corp Canada (ISIN CA09072D1050). Biosphere Canada has issued 1 share of its common stock per 100 shares of common stock held by shareholders in Biosphere Nassau.

Biosphere Canada markets Biospheres on license from Global Environmental Energy Corp., (DE:GLI; OTC-GEECF.PK www.geecf.ru ) in Asia and the Americas North & South. Biosphere Canada is currently manufacturing the first 6MW Biosphere system in Bangkok to be shipped to True Green Energy in the Philippines (TGEG Canada, Deutsche Borse AG; DE:TGG.

Biosphere Canada has paid €5,000,000 to Global for initial licensing rights to the Biosphere technology. In FY 2011, Biosphere Canada expects to acquire further contractual rights to Biosphere technologies.
