This is a significant departure from the typical and overwhelming custom selections model associated with site-built homes, and represents a simple and easy way to select finishes and features on your home.  

Most homebuyers want input and choice but find the infinite combination of decisions overwhelming. Even a modest remodel presents a design and selection process that can quickly become mired down, even before availability issues and cost overruns enter the mix.

After many years working in high-end architectural design, the team at Stillwater Dwellings has firsthand experience with high-quality products and the most practical and refined finishes. We’ve taken that knowledge to combine and edit product mixes to create three exceptional combinations.

To streamline the design process Stillwater Dwellings has developed three base packages, each of which is modifiable. The Natural Package is simple, warm and refined, with abundant natural wood surfaces; the Modern Package is clean and minimalist; and the Fundamental Package is stylish, fun and durable: it’s Stillwater Dwellings most cost effective package. Clients regularly express a pleasant surprise at the straightforward simplicity of the process, especially if they’ve gone through a building or remodeling project in the past.

During the design phase clients receive a comprehensive stylebook with an image of every item that goes into the house. Clients go through the stylebook with a Stillwater Dwellings designer who will answer questions and describe the options, modifications and substitutions available to tailor the home design and make it their own.
The focus is on quality and no detail has been overlooked; everything down to the doorstops and house numbers have been chosen, coordinated and presented clearly in one booklet along with options and upgrades. Personalizing the design is easy and intuitive.

SUSTAINABLE  FEATURES:
All 3 style packages include a high level of green and sustainable living features: low VOC paints, dual flush toilets, ultra-high efficiency heating and hot water systems, natural wool carpeting, sustainable wood flooring, eco-friendly Marmoleum, engineered quartz slab countertops, over-insulated walls/ceilings/floors, and high-efficiency windows with argon gas and low-e film.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY:
All Stillwater homes are built indoors, in climate-controlled conditions to the highest quality standards and the IRC code; the same code that governs conventional site built homes. Homes are transported as 96% complete modules, installed and finished on-site by Stillwater Dwellings.
