2011 New Year Prep Classic Men's Basketball Tournament

Jan. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Queen City Preparatory Academy will host the 3rd Annual New Year Prep Classic Men's Basketball Tournament this weekend, January 7-8, 2011 in Charlotte, NC at the University City Church, 7829 Old Concord Road, Charlotte, NC 28213.  This event is expected to draw college coaches from all over the country as some of the top ranked players in the country will be competing in this national tournament which showcases basketball talent at the post-graduate and high school levels.  Teams that will be participating in this tournament include:

Queen City Preparatory Academy - Charlotte, NC
Brittain Academy - Thomasville, NC
Carolina Tech - Charlotte, NC
Covenant Christian Academy - Marietta, GA
M.A.C.K. Prep Elite Training Academy - Charlotte, NC
N.C. Tech - Charlotte, NC
Southern Tech Academy - Charlotte, NC
Spartanburg Prep Academy - Spartanburg, SC

11:30am   Consolation Round Game 2

1:00pm   Semi-Finals Game 1

2:30pm   Semi-Finals Game 2

4:00pm   Fourth Place Finalist

5:30pm   Third Place Finalist

7:00pm   Tournament Championship

The trophy ceremony will follow the commencement of the last game.
