Baltimore, MD - Advance Realty is placed as the 323rd Top Franchise Worldwide by Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 for 2011 and fifth for real estate franchises.



Advance Realty joined the ranks of the top franchises in the world this week, when the company was listed at number 323 on the 32nd Annual Franchise 500 list by Entrepreneur Magazine, just below Weichert Real Estate at 322. This is the second debut within a year for a national ranking system, as Advance Realty debuted in Real Trends 500 in spot number 362 in April of 2010.



Annually, Entrepreneur reports the top 500 franchises worldwide. Continuing each year with an optimistic mindset for growth while providing full service real estate needs, Advance Realty began in 2005 with 3 locations and finished 2010 with 39 franchises nearly doubling the number of offices since 2009. The figures come from a process that began in July 2010 when eligible franshises submit their information.  The most important criteria to determine the top franchises include growth rate, size of the franchise system, stability as well as financial strength.  There is a first cut allowing only 760 to be eligible and out of that, the top 500 franchises are ranked by financial and statistical information from the time period July 2008 through July 2010.
