Jan. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- (Baltimore, MD)- HBCUDigest.com, a leading resource for news and information about America’s historically black colleges and universities, will celebrate its one-year anniversary January 14, 2011 with an evening of  food, music, fellowship and unlimited bowling at the Hi-Life Bowling Lanes in the Arundel Mills Dave and Buster’s beginning at 9:30 p.m. The site launched to provide complete news and information about America’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities.The anniversary will present opportunities for school communities and media to network with site editors, writers and black college supporters from throughout the region.

“We look forward to seeing HBCU students and alumni from the Baltimore and Washington area for a memorable evening honoring HBCU campus communities across age and geographic boundaries,” said Founding Editor Jarrett Carter Sr. “Students are also encouraged to bring family, friends, and other HBCU affiliates. All Greeks and social organizations are also welcome.”
