Free Training Offered with new Checkbox Survey Licenses and Accounts

Jan. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Watertown, Mass. – Checkbox Survey Solutions, a technology driven leader in professional online survey solutions since 2002, today announced it will be increasing efforts to make product training more accessible to new customers purchasing Checkbox Survey Software in 2011. As of January 1, 2011, Checkbox will be offering two complimentary hours of introductory training with all new Checkbox Survey Server (installed version) licenses and all new Checkbox Online (hosted version) annual accounts.

“Ease of use and an intuitive user interface are top priorities for us at Checkbox,” states Carolyn Craven, Chief Operations Officer at Checkbox Survey Solutions. “Our next release, Checkbox 5.0, which is due out early Q1 2011, will be our most intuitive and easy-to learn release to date. But even with a heavy emphasis on creating a simple to use product, we feel it’s critical for new users to have a proper introduction to Checkbox’s features and functionality. Customers who have invested in our training program in the past have had an overall better experience with Checkbox, are able to use the application more fully, and don’t need to spend as much time on the phone with our customer support team. Given the positive experience many of our customers have had with our training services, we believe expanding access to those services is in the best interest of all Checkbox users.”

Checkbox Survey customers are entitled to one free two-hour basic training session with the purchase of a new Checkbox Server license or new annual Checkbox online account. The training session will cover general topics such as survey creation, conditions and branching, piping, invitations, reports, and more. More in-depth training can be added at any time at a discounted rate.

Starting in early Q1 2011, Checkbox Survey Solutions will also be offering existing customers live and pre-recorded webinar training on the new version of its survey software, Checkbox Survey Version 5.0. The webinars will demonstrate the many new features in Checkbox 5.0, including survey results importing, email invitation draft saving, and new survey administrator and invitation launch wizards. The training webinars should be sufficient in getting existing users up and running on Checkbox 5.0. Checkbox will also be running its usual weekly webinar demos concurrently with the 5.0 training webinars, for those users who are brand new to Checkbox or who need a refresher course on the basics of survey creation.
