Jan. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Grammy award winning record producer and writer Bradley Spalter merges his company, BSMG/Huntley Drive Entertainment with Lawrence Donini and LawsLair Entertainment Group. "Mr. Donini has proven himself a major asset to our company and we are honored to have him and LawsLair as a partner in the BSMG/Huntley Drive/Confabulations family."  Bradley Spalter stated in a press interview.

When Lawrence Donini was asked about the new merger with his company and BSMG, he stated "This is an historical day for both the music and the movie industry, which will completely revolutionize entertainment forever. The industry is full of bad apples. I'm just trying to eliminate as many of those apples as I can."

Bradley Spalter first heard of Lawrence Donini when he received a call from his higher ups, requesting that he take a look at Lawrence Donini and his company. Mr. Spalter arranged special transportation for Mr. Donini to meet at Bradley Spalter's Van Nuys studio office.  "He sent a freakin' helicopter." Lawrence Donini stated with a smile in an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine.

Known for writing and producing such hits as Christina Milian's, "Whatever you want" and Vanessa Hudgens', "Afraid", from the Hollywood Records "V" Album.  In 2001, Bradley Spalter won a Grammy Award for "I said you lied" by Gladys Knight, from the "At Last" Album.  He was also nominated for Album of the Year for Baby Face's, "The Day", as well as Aaron Neville's, "To make me who I am". In 2004, Bradley Spalter was nominated for the fourth time for writing and producing "Whatever you want" by Christina Milian.

Lawrence Donini founded LawsLair Entertainment Group, a full service entertainment company that has produced music videos for major artists, labels, feature films, commercials, TV shows, concerts and charity events. Lawrence Donini was one of the pioneers of  BLKDMNDS before he decided to branch his company, LawsLair Entertainment into an entertainment conglomerate, thus changing his name to LawsLair Entertainment Group.

Presently, Bradley Spalter and Lawrence Donini are collaborating on a new album featuring the biggest names in Hip-Hop. The album will also include hit singles from eleven year old pop sensation, Anthony Gargiula. "We're working on a monumental new technology for the release of this album", Lawrence Donini commented at a meeting with Mafia Records.  "You have no idea how big this is. Not only will you be able to listen to all the songs, but you will be able to watch music videos, special behind the scenes footage, interviews, commentaries, and a whole lot more. And it's pirate proof." Details of the new technology manufacturer will not be disclosed until the release of the album.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Bradley Spalter stated that he is ready to clean house at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.  "I'm attempting something that no artist, writer, or producer has done before. Win a Grammy for every single song on my album." Sounds impossible, but can it be done? "Only when you believe in yourself, can you accomplish the impossible. Ask Mr. Donini. He did it."
