Dec. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- Today, it is with great pleasure to announce that Paul A. Jenney has agreed to head up the Tenant Tracks team. Paul Jenney and I first met in 1994 and together we have agreed to make Tenant Tracks the premier tenant screening company in New England.

The Jenney family is certainly considered to be among the pioneers of the tenant screening industry in this country and Paul is beyond doubt, the person to move Tenant Tracks to its next level and position it for growth and success.

Paul E. and Marlies Jenney helped form the National Association of Screening Agencies along with other pioneers Harvey Saltz, Steve Rabbit, and Diana Smith. The Jenney family operated The Info Center in Feeding Hills Massachusetts, founded 1982, as a family run business until the Info Center was sold to Core Logic Safe-Rent in 2005.

Paul E. and Marlies are both deceased, but in 2004, the Massachusetts Rental Property Owners Association named their lifetime achievement award in his honor. Paul A. Jenney remained as an officer of Core Logic's tenant screening service, formally know as First Advantage Safe-Rent until 2008.

Paul Jenney, achieved incredible success in customer satisfaction and business client acquisition for Safe-Rent while keeping the Info Center's same customer revenue at 105 percent for this period, through product enhancements and his sales revenue was topping 2.5 million.

Excellent customer service to Tenant Tracks clients, something missing in today’s world of automation while also assuring our clients that our data is of the highest quality available is the first priority of Tenant Tracks ownership and management.

De Cosmo, a 28 year veteran real estate property manager, a landlord advocate and developer of rental housing said, "We need to build a platform for Connecticut landlords to have success while giving them the needed tools to achieve this.  Our screening end is going to be the best available at the most affordable pricing."

Shortly, Tenant Tracks will be switching their credit reports from Experian to Trans Union and begin compiling court records into their exclusive Tenant Performance Database from court locations in Connecticut that currently no national data exists. This is further proof and exposes the flaws with the Connecticut Judiciary website that too many landlords rely upon to make lease-up decision only to find out their new tenants are experts in not paying rent!

De Cosmo and Jenney believe that these new procedures will make Tenant Tracks reports the best available in Connecticut and essential for all rental property owners who want minimize risk.

Customer service is the first priority for Tenant tracks and the business will focus on helping the small to mid-sized rental property owners who are the ones who can least afford to rent to a non-performing tenant.

Tenant Tracks is currently the primary sponsor of the CT Property Owners Alliance and provides resources to the members of the Alliance as well as Realtors and property management firms.
