PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 30, 2010 - Don't miss Friday's New Year's Eve Celebration at Mother Bethel AME Church. Featuring Actress Millicent Sparks as Harriet Tubman. Sparks, known throughout the Philadelphia region for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman, will re-enact Tubman's historic, stirring speech to the Colored Troops before the end of the Civil War.
