The Fight for Air Climb is an annual event being hosted by the American Lung Association to raise money to go toward lung research and support to those battling their breathing difficulties being caused by lung cancer or asthma.

Lung cancer is the cause of more deaths each year than the deaths from breast, colon and prostate cancer combined. Unfortunately, lung cancer receives significantly less funding than other cancers. Its $1,675 of funding is anywhere from 4-18 times less than other cancer funding.
