Friday, February 11th through Sunday, February 13th, dinner is served from 5 – 11 p.m. with the romantic addition of the Sweetheart Duo. This dessert option is made for two and served with two glasses of Champagne for $30 per couple. The selections are a classic Baked Alaska with strawberry compote or an indulgent Chocolate Ménage á Trois which includes a decadent combination of a milk chocolate and hazelnut bar, a dark chocolate flourless cake with passion fruit, and white chocolate mousse with chilies.
For Monday, February 14th, Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin has created an exclusive, four-course Valentine’s Day menu designed to make gourmands’ hearts skip a beat. The romantic prix fixe menu will be the only menu option available on the 14th and includes gourmet appetizers to start, a choice of homemade soup or enticing salad, entrees ranging from seared sea scallops to roasted root vegetable Bolognese, and either individual house-made desserts or one sweet to share, each created by Executive Pastry Chef David Schuminsky.
“We ensure that every visit creates lasting memories, and we especially enjoy holidays like Valentine’s Day where we can help push a couple’s experience way over the top,” said Angela Roman, the wine director and director of operations for The Signature Room at the 95th.
The Valentine’s Day prix fixe is available for $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. There will be no a la carte option available on Monday, February 14th.
