Postured Media Group launches the first ALL male PR firm, Men of PR

Dec. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Postured Media Group (PMG5) is proud to announce the official launch of Men of PR (Men of Power & Recognition)! Men of PR is the brainchild of Joshua U. Hargrove, who is the owner and CEO of PMG5. Men of PR (Men of Power & Recognition) are a cutting edge and professional media strategist.  It is our visionary and unconventional approach that allows us to craft campaigns, construct and enhance brands and orchestrate events that assist in cultivating the trends of tomorrow. The team is comprised of solely gentlemen who have expertise in nonprofit, entertainment, private sector, for profit and religious associations. Men of PR is a full service media firm whose mission is to unite the gentlemen in the PR field and create advertising, develop brands and be the leading force in the media circuit.
Mr. Hargrove describes his purpose for creating Men of PR as a vessel to help all men in the industry to get to know one another, utilize each and their resources, train up and coming PR mavens and as a think- tank for all who are interested. After the initial idea, Joshua and his team of diverse publicist and brand manager went back to the drawing board and elevated the idea into an actual business.

After presenting his idea to several friends and a few colleagues, he realized the idea had to be birthed. Spending several months researching the idea, purchasing the LLC, creating the logo and several other pieces to the puzzle; he finally felt like it was time for Men of PR to come alive. Joshua presented the idea to three other business partners, but due to communication issues and other surrounding concerns, Joshua removed his company and himself from that collaboration and decided to unveil Men of PR solely. Since its inception, Men of PR has been blessed with 4 interns, 2 full time staff members and a borage of interested parties looking to add their essence to the firm.

Joshua has a background in marketing, communication and social media optimization via his education and his work in corporate America for several nonprofits. Mr. Hargrove has been quoted saying, “a great publicist or branding specialist can create a brand in five minutes, but an unaware client can destroy that brand in five seconds. My love and passion for branding, marketing and pr stems from a desire and calling to help others see their vision come to fruition. Now I want to do my part to help the men of PR stand up and stand strong.”
