The Norwalk Superior Court had no foundation for stripping father of his parental rights. Discrepancies in case suggests, mother, a 30 year veteran with the Los Angeles County Probation Department received special treatment during court hearings.

Dec. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Norwalk, CA, August 17, 2010:  Commissioner Robert B. Axel of the Norwalk Superior Court continues to deny Hashim Bomani his parental rights, even after Deputy Probation Officer II, Stephanie Wilson blatantly disobeyed court visitation orders. Incident report issued by the Downey Police Department dated June 1, 2008 states, “MOTHER DID NOT LET FATHER SEE CHILD.” Father, Hashim Bomani has not seen or bonded with his children in (5) five years. Collusion has been suspected between The Los Angeles County Probation Department and The Norwalk Superior Court due to the fact that, court representatives have allowed Deputy Probation Officer II, Stephanie Wilson to blatantly, disobey court visitation orders.
Mr. Bomani has made several pleadings to Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and The Los Angeles Board of Supervisors, providing documentation which demonstrates very noticeable collusion, a gross misuse of power, and poor jurisprudence on the part of Commissioner Robert B. Axel. All have shirked their responsibility to act.
Mr. Bomani has launched a web-site which chronicles such injustices, that web-site is: www.FEDUPDADS.com
