Online bullion dealer Provident Metals, LLC (http://www.providentmetals.com/) recently chose to completely overhaul its website to better reflect the current interest in precious metals. While the company did make major changes to navigation and other site elements, it did so without changing the dealer’s unique brand image.

The most significant change to ProvidentMetals.com was the top navigation, which was moved from the left side of every page to the top. It uses an updated format that reads “Bullion, “U.S. Coins”, “Foreign Coins”,”Paper Currency” and “Supplies.” Below the main graphic elements of the page, customers will find additional tabs to find the bullion dealer’s featured products, new arrivals, top ten products and how to sell to Provident Metals. A new color scheme for the site was done to make reading and navigation easier.

“While it was a long process, we’re glad the new site is up and running and are very happy with it. We hope our customers love it as much as we do,” comments J.W. Besides navigation and color schemes, the online bullion dealer also plans to further build its blog and knowledge/learning center content to help prospective customers better understand precious metal investments.
