CMK's David M. Kupfer, Esq. Appointed Chair of Continuing Legal Education for NJ State Bar Assn.

Dec. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- David M. Kupfer, Esq., a member of Carroll McNulty & Kull LLC (CMK) of Basking Ridge, N.J., has been appointed the continuing legal education (CLE) chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's (NJSBA) insurance law section. In this role, Mr. Kupfer will work with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) to develop the NJSBA's insurance law-related programs for CLE credit. Previously, he served as the legislative liaison between the NJSBA and its insurance law section.

With more than 27 years of litigation experience, Mr. Kupfer, who resides in Chester, N.J., focuses his practice on insurance coverage, professional liability, construction, employment, and products liability. He represents insurance carriers in insurance coverage investigations and litigation concerning all types of first- and third-party policies and commercial disputes as well as with respect to state boards of insurance. He also has extensive experience defending architects, engineers and attorneys in malpractice suits. Mr. Kupfer is admitted to the roster of mediators of the New Jersey Superior Court Civil Mediation Program and for several years has served as a court-appointed mediator.
