The year is 1692, and in her tiny New England village, Crescena promises her ailing teacher that she will deliver a crescent-shaped amulet to an unknown land called The Isle of Sovereigns. The girl ends up in a mysterious world of wizards and mythical creatures, where she picks up some unusual companions, including a warrior named Bron, whose duty is to protect her.

An evil woman tries to stop Crescena and steal away Bron, the man she has come to love. Will good win out over evil, and will Crescena live up to what the fates have in store for her? A journey to the Isle is like none you have ever taken.
