Conway Chamber Academy Announces Small Business Boot Camps

Dec. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- December 15, 2010, Conway, S.C. — The Conway Chamber of Commerce and the Conway Chamber Academy will roll out their first Small Business Boot Camp, Revitalizing Your Business on Wednesday, January 5, 2011. The Boot Camp is designed to answer questions such as: Are you less than satisfied with your business’ current performance? Has the current economy impacted your business negatively? Is your original business idea no longer working? Are you discouraged with your business? The series of classes will unveil key steps in revitalizing the current state of small business.

Four modules will be offered through spring, with two options for each course. Instructor-led courses will be offered at the Conway Chamber of Commerce from 8-9:30 a.m. once a week, or live online webinars are available from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Module 1: Revitalizing Your Business begins January 5 and includes four weekly classes including 1) Your Business Vision, 2) Fitting Your Vision Into Today’s Economy, 3) Making It Happen, and 4) Show Me The Money, Your Revitalized Financial Plan.

Module 2: Revitalizing Your Marketing Performance begins February 2 and includes four weekly classes including, 1) Develop The Ideal Marketing Idea, 2) Identify and Find Your Ideal Customers, 3) Building Your Referral Engine, and 4) Building Your Marketing Budget.

Module 3: Revitalizing Your Business Through The Internet begins March 2 and includes 1) Explore Internet Marketing, 2) Developing Your Website, 3) Social Media Marketing, and 4) Email Marketing.

Module 4: Where Is Your Money? begins April 6 and includes 1) Using Your Key Financial Documents, 2) Revitalizing Your Budget, 3) Financial Indicators of Success and 4) Where Is The Money?
