Under the sale agreement by and between VistaSG Software and AMCAD®, AMCAD will acquire the eUniversa™ eFiling product suite including all Software source code, existing contracts, and all Intellectual Property.

The eUniversa system is fully compliant with NIEM ECF 4.0, an industry standard established by the National Center for State Courts, and touts a web-based filer interface, separate clerk review, and integration capabilities with a wide array of legacy court systems. eUniversa provides the ability to electronically file documents and access records via the web, a process that will serve practicing members of the Bar and provide more ready access to Court records for members of the public.

eUniversa boasts a large client base already with the statewide win in Vermont and Florida, and most recently with Oklahoma under the AMCAD umbrella.
As part of the agreement, VistaSG Software will retain rights to sell and implement a simple eFiling module, iFile™, to compliment the already established VistaSG document management system, netDMS™.

VistaSG Software will also continue to enhance, market, and deploy its base product offering, netDMS™, an imaging and document management system combining powerful document imaging, workflow, electronic signature, automated redaction, and custom solutions.
