We are pleased that we made the switch as the outcome has been dramatic. We have gone from a situation in which GIS was the preserve of a few specialist staff, to one in which all ActiveH users in Cottsway have access to geographic information. By using GIS to map business intelligence data linked to our housing management system, we can all see the big picture. We are also supplying Cottsway with the ability to make cost savings by using mapping technology to provide us with accurate estimates for grounds maintenance tenders. We won’t be stopping there.
