Reformulated Body Building Supplement Comes to the Market

SuperPump 250, a popular nutritional supplement, has been reformulated due to changes in the pre-workout market.

Dec. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Gaspari Nutrition, a manufacturer of body building supplements, is releasing a reformulated version of SuperPump 250 called SuperPump Max this week.  SuperPump 250 has been a popular nutritional supplement product for over 6 years but changes in the pre-workout market, particularly the popularity of “concentrates” have forced Gaspari Nutrition to develop SuperPump Max.  Concentrate products contain less ingredients and claim: “most pre-workout products contain fillers that either inhibit your results or make it appear like ‘you will get more for your money.”

Rich Gaspari, the CEO of Gaspari nutrition states, “A lot of people are deceived by the fact that something [that is] in a smaller scoop is more effective or going to be stronger - that is far from the truth. You need certain amounts of certain ingredients to cause an anabolic effect.  ‘SuperPump Max allows more recuperation, more endurance and more repairs in muscle mass.”  SuperPump Max is not a “concentrate” product.  Creatine magnesium chelate and Citrulline malate are just 2 of several clinically researched ingredients that have been added to an already effective product to create SuperPump Max.  Creatine Monohydrate and a Magnesium molecule has been chemically bonded to create Creatine Magnesium chelate.

Studies and experiments have been done which demonstrate the effectiveness of SuperMax Pump.  In a study done by The Journal of Applied Research which tested lab rats’ ergogenic performance, found that rats that ingested Creatine Magnesium chelate not only showed greater time to exhaustion but also faster recovery times as compared to rats that ingested un-bonded Magnesium or Creatine Monohydrate.

In a separate study, “Citrulline/malate Promotes Aerobic Energy Production in Human Exercising Muscle,” 18 men complaining of fatigue ingested 6gm of Citrulline/malate a day for 15 days while repeating their normal exercise routine.  Their findings showed a 34% increase in the rate of oxidative ATP production during exercise, and a 20% increase in the rate of phosphocreatine recovery after exercise which shows that Citrulline/Malate may promote aerobic energy production.

SuperPump Max comes in 40 or 10 serving containers and will be available in flavors such as “Fruit Punch Blast”, “Refreshing Orange”, “Raspberry Lemonade”, “Grape Cooler”, and “Pink Lemonade”.
