Business Environment has rounded off a very successful year with an evening at The Grosvenor House Hotel for The National Customer Service Awards 2010 hosted by comedian Kevin Bridges.

The nomination for the best B2B team in the UK was confirmed when The National Customer Service Awards published the shortlist in September. Business Environment had been picked from 20,000 businesses from across the UK.

The National Customer Service Awards nomination as Best B2B Customer Service Team and Best UK Customer Service Team meant that the entire team across all 14 locations have now been recognised as the year comes to an end. Their finalist position has highlighted the excellent work the teams are doing every day for all their clients.

With the start of the year seeing their stunning new flag ship business centre opening at F160 Fleet Street, they then announced the very first serviced office centre to open on Cheapside opposite the One New Change shopping mall.

More good news came during the year when it was confirmed that Business Environment had moved up to 23rd on The Times Best Small Companies to Work For in 2010 list. This was enhanced with a rare 3 star Best Companies rating as an exceptional place to work.

The National Customer Service Award nomination follows their record number of 14 nominations and 4th win in this year’s Business Centre Association (BCA) Award for best business centre in the UK. The BCA host a number of events throughout the year to support the serviced office sector. This all comes together for the awards in November. Business Environment has won the award in 2006, 2008, 2009 and runner up in 2007. This 4th win for 2010 has set a high benchmark for the sector for next year.
