Joseph comes to Mission Partners after eight years in business consulting and political campaign management. During that time Oddo co-founded and operated several advocacy organizations. He is well-known for his work in third party political circles as an efficient organizer, gifted speaker and fluid writer. In 2007, he ghost wrote a manuscript for a presidential candidate. Plus he creates and maintains several websites for a variety of clients.

In the previous two decades Oddo enjoyed a distinguished career in retail automobile management earning national recognition and serving on Ford Motor Company's Lead Management Council in 2002.
