Angelina Jolie Set to Launch Charity Jewelry Line.

According to sources, the famously beautiful actress is gearing up to launch a new jewelry line. She released a small line of jewelry in the past, collaborating with Brad Pitt to create a collection known as The Protector. It featured snakes, an animal that is known to be a symbol of protection, and which Jolie considers to be the protector and symbol of her family ever since she designed her very first snake ring while pregnant with daughter, Shiloh.
The new line is rumored to feature snakes, and it is speculated that it will feature a host of other symbols as well. In all likelihood, these will be symbols that have been used for jewelry in various parts of the globe or from varying cultures. Jolie is known to like mythology and spiritual practices from all over the world, and this is going to reflect in the jewelry line, just as her body art reflects these interests. (One of Jolie's famous tattoos is a Buddhist Pali Incantation of protection.) Unlike her last collection, Jolie is partnering up with Robert Procop, the former CEO of Asprey, a British Jewelry company. According to sources, the duo plan on using diamonds and emeralds set in pink gold.
Despite the fact that it is set to be a high end jewelry line, it has already been announced that all the proceeds will be going to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, an organization which seeks to give educational aid as well as other forms of aid to children in countries. Jolie has long been involved in similar charity organizations, such as Doctors Without Borders, Clinton Global Intiative, Yele Haiti Foundation, the Afghanistan Relief Organization, and plenty of others. She and partner Brad Pitt, who is heavily involved in rebuilding New Orleans, even put up their own Jolie-Pitt Organization. She has also taken numerous field missions on behalf of the United Nations, visiting refugee camps in over 20 countries.
It was only natural, and of no surprise to the public that this new jewelry line was once again for charity. It is perhaps the first jewelry line in history that will donate all proceeds to charity.
No announcement has been made on the price ranges of the pieces, but no doubt, Jolie herself will model the pieces for the ad campaigns.
