New Year’s Eve - English Grill Gala The Brown Hotel Executive Chef Laurent Géroli, and his four-diamond culinary staff welcome you to 2011 with a spectacular New Year’s Eve dinner of soup, appetizer, entrée selections of pan seared arctic turbot, roasted beef tenderloin or sautéed duck magret, salad, dessert, and a midnight champagne toast. The celebration also includes party favors, live music with a three-piece jazz band, and dancing. Dinner seating times are at 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:00 pm, and 9:30 pm.
