FINCA Announces Director of Regional Information Technology for Eurasia

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 14, 2010 - Washington, DC – Maksym Burenko is joining FINCA International as Director of Regional Information Technology – Eurasia.  As the newest member of FINCA’s Global Information Services Leadership Team, Maxim will be responsible for providing technology oversight for FINCA's Eurasia Affiliates. He will be based in Kiev.

Maxim joins FINCA from Kyivstar (a subsidiary of Vimpelcom Ltd, Netherlands), the leading mobile operator in the Ukraine, where he spent 10 years in increasing levels of leadership positions.  Maxim brings a wealth of experience in areas critical to FINCA's continued growth, such as Project Management, Architecture & Methodology, systems support and development, to name a few.

Maxim holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from National Technical University of Ukraine, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Ukraine. He is a native Russian and Ukrainian speaker, and is fluent in English.
