The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) will be amongst the visitors to the CESA Zone. The London 2012 caterers are committed to using foodservice equipment that will deliver high quality results in a sustainable way. The Zone will feature a range of products that can fulfil these requirements, including the latest developments in energy-efficient foodservice technology.
Hospitality 2011 is also an opportunity for visitors to find out about CESA’s Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) programme. This specialist qualification is designed to give foodservice managers a better understanding of their sector by improving product and operational knowledge. CFSP is designed to enhance professionalism throughout the industry by creating a universally respected standard for knowledge and experience. The programme is accredited by Thames Valley University.
The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) represents over 140 companies who supply, service and maintain all types of commercial catering equipment - from utensils to full kitchen schemes.
