Sadly Alexander McQueen, young and successful stylist, known as a provocative artist died on 11th of february, at the peak of his career. He was found dead in his flat in London, possibly a suicide. Son of a cab-driver, Alexander dropped off school at the age of 16, moving to Milan at 20 in order to work for Romeo Gigli. In 1996 McQueen gets hired as creative director for Givenchy, eeffectively replacing John Galliano. He would work there till 2001 when he joined the Gucci Group in Firenze.
