Celebrating New Year – For Singles

The Scottish capital hosts a 4 day festival over the New Year period, which is known as Hogmanay in Scotland. As well as Scottish traditions like the opening “torchlight procession”, the event includes a series of ticketed and free live music and DJ performances. The highlight of the festival is the New Year’s Eve street party, where you can drink in one of the temporary outside bars and watch the spectacular fireworks display. Prague

During the holiday period bars and clubs are extremely lively with many parties spilling into the streets and going on until the sun rises.  The Greeks consider New Year to be lucky, so maybe celebrating here will make for a lucky year.
