Local, Family-owned Company to Break Ground on Independent Living

Dec. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- On Thursday, December 16th at 10:00 a.m. Cottage Senior Living, Inc. will break ground on a new independent living residence called The Commons. The ceremony will take place at 4200 Chris Drive, off the Vermont Road exit on Memorial Parkway, on the site of CSL’s existing assisted living residence, Country Cottage. After the ceremony, refreshments will be served in the Oakleaf Cottage at Country Cottage.

The Commons is an Independent Living residence operated by Cottage Senior Living (CSL.) This brand-new, 54-apartment residence will be built at the same location as Country Cottage, the assisted living residence managed by CSL. The Commons will feature gracious floor plans ranging from a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment up to a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with a den. Residents of The Commons will enjoy the same high quality of service that Country Cottage provides, but with an a la carte service program that allows Residents maximum choice and flexibility in an independent setting.
