Girls drop out of sports at a rate that is six times greater than boys by the age of 14.

While there are several factors that may influence this drop out rate it is imperative we keep girls involved in sports as a matter of success survival.

Dec. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- A Ms. Foundation study found that not only do girls who participate in sports have higher levels of self-esteem, they also have lower levels of depression. Female athletes have a more positive body image and experience higher states of psychological well-being than females who do not play sports.

We feel confidence is what sports kids need most to feel successful, improve and have fun.
