Partner David M. Van Sant is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries through the fault of others and representing a variety of businesses and individuals in commercial and business litigation matters. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law.  Prior to forming his own firm, he practiced with an insurance defense firm in Atlanta where he gained valuable experience handling cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries.  

Partner Sutton T. Slover is a seasoned litigator who uses his insurance defense experience to maximize results for clients in the area of personal injury law. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from Reinhardt College. A native of South Georgia, Mr. Slover accepted a position to practice law at a large Atlanta insurance defense firm after graduating law school, where his practice focused on defending workers' compensation and trucking accident claims
