Fremont Bank Foundation Contributes $25,000 in Holiday Grants To Local Nonprofits

Dec. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Fremont Bank Foundation, a philanthropic arm of the Bay Area’s Fremont Bank, recently announced the recipients of their fifth annual holiday grant program.  Each November, the Fremont Bank Foundation awards 25 nonprofit organizations with $1,000 each. The funding will help the organizations provide food and basic necessities to a greater number of individuals and families in the Bay Area.

This year, the following 25 agencies will each receive a $1,000 grant from the Fremont Bank Foundation:

•   Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments – Fremont
•   Spectrum Community Services, Inc. – Hayward
•   St. Vincent de Paul Society of Alameda County
•   St. Vincent de Paul Society of Contra Costa County
•   The Salvation Army Hayward/San Leandro/Castro Valley Corps
