Watt Pilot - New name for attenuator

Dec. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Altechna presents new product name for attenuators - Watt Pilot.
It is continuously variable attenuator for linearly polarized high power laser beams. Watt Pilot series devices consists of a rotating Phase retardation λ/2 Waveplate and polarizers which both are placed in precision opto-mechanical holder. The intensity of the laser beam can be manually controlled over a wide dynamic range.
To serve most of the existing laser sources Altechna developed several models of Watt Pilot.
